Weekend fun

This weekend, instead of all of us dispensed all over the county I declared this weekend a "Family Fun Weekend". We headed up to Dana Point for a Stand Up Paddleboard race. It was cool watching the best in the world as well as seeing some legends. My favorite race was the kids race. Dozens of little groms on SUP's three times their size.....it was the cutest thing EVER! We can't wait until Mali is able to compete one day.

We took Mali to her first movie. She did well as long as the snacks were coming, but after the goodies were gone she was more fascinated in the stairs than the movie. We had a great time hanging out together all FIVE of us. It is so weird to say we are finally a family of five.

Beach Girl

Mali LOVES the beach! Loves. It. We took her over the Labor Day holiday. Unfortunatley it was overcast and a little cold, but that didn't stop our beach bunny! The water is frigid, but that didn't phase her she went straight in without as much as a belly laugh. Mark is in the beginning stages of turning his paddle board into a tandem baby paddle board. How much fun will that be??

Naps and Tutu's

I think that we have something that resembles a schedule happening here. Mali is a napper. She takes a morning nap and an afternoon nap. Hell hath no fury when homegirl doesn't get her naps. We had a great day today. Mali had pancakes for the first time and she loved them! She played with the dogs.

We put the dogs on the leash and took them for a long walk.

Walks can really poop out a girl!

Next it was tutu time!

You're never too young for fresh breath!

Working that TWIRL.

Such a little mama with her baby
